Through a combination of assessments, personalized coaching, and accountability, we will co-create and clarify your real next-level goal, create a game plan for getting there and be at your side to help you through any internal or external obstacles as you implement the plan.

Team/Group coaching
I create custom team/group learning and develop leaders that help senior teams collectively develop and master their executive leadership agility competencies while enhancing collaboration and teamwork.
Through a combination of individual and group assessments and either live or virtual group facilitation, I’ll help your senior team break down silos, resolve conflict in a productive way and improve partnership and synergy.

I have always been a self-starter and have been in numerous leadership positions, but quite frankly, I never considered a coach. When I first was introduced to Don he was in a room of over 40 coaches, a friend of mine told me he was, hands down, the best in the room. Over a 30-minute lunch I was astounded at the insight he had of me just during our brief time together. I started my very first coaching relationship with cautious optimism, not really knowing what I was getting into or what the coaching sessions would look like. Over the past 7 months of coaching with Don, I’ve experienced tremendous growth both personally and professionally.
